Here are a few of our most asked questions:

  • Can I schedule a same day pickup service?

    We currently have a 24 hour Goods Delivery request requirement and a 48 hour Non-emergency Medical Transportation request requirement.

  • What if I don't know how long my appointment will take?

    You are important to us and we will work hard to accommodate unforeseen and unavoidable delays.

  • Is there an age limit?

    All underaged passengers must be accompanied by an attendant.  Please have your photo ID ready at the time of pickup.  These wil be verified prior to departure.  Give us a call and we will go over Underaged Rider Guidelines with you.

  • Do I have to pay for my attendant?

    Attendants ride for free while escorting their patient but we do need to know if a caregiver will be riding to make sure we have proper seating available.  Proper I.D. verification is required for the caregiver as well.
