Safe and Courteous Service
We pickup passengers from curb-to-curb and our clients must be able to accommodate their own access to the transportation vehicle. Another adult or their Health Care Aide can provide help with any necessary assistance to and from our vehicle for transport departure or arrival.
In accordance with the requirements of Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 2015 (ADA), Bridging the Gap Transportation will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in its services, programs or activities.
The ADA does not require Bridging the Gap Transportation to take any action that would fundamentally alter the nature of its programs or services.
Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of Bridging the Gap Transportation, should contact our transportation service Dispatcher.
